Link to post: Agile? We Are Doing It Wrong — Optimising My Life
I really liked this post because, in my opinion… it’s a critic on how companies says they implement agile, but it is not always the case. And there is this sentence below, that really says it all.
The key idea behind Agile is predictability. It’s not about delivering as much as one can in a sprint. It’s about producing high quality code over time.

In addition, on what the author says before, it looks like companies think agile is about delivering everything in 1 or 2 weeks and that’s not what I believe agile is. And to vent out, sometimes I get a disbelief on all agile idea because of what happens in IT project management.
The post also suggest a book I didn’t know, “Clean Agile” by Robert C. Martin (Uncle Bob) and it will definitively go to my reading list, and maybe, write about it later.
